We’re going out tonight for Sarah’s birthday and I’ve been sitting on this idea for awhile.

I don’t think anyone loves the Legend of Zelda as much as she does, so I made her a “Fairy Fountain cake in a jar” as you can collect fairies in bottles (bottle, jar, same difference) in the games.

Vanilla cake with teal colouring + Vanilla cream cheese icing…an overabundance of icing.

The wondrous knitter of this Wonder Woman jumper had this to say,

It took me 14 months to make, using 4ply wool, 3mm needles, a plain jumper pattern from the seventies, a ton of graph paper and pictures of Wonder Woman, and about a million bobbins for the intarsia.

I hit a few obstacles along the way, involving running out of yarn and creative problem solving […]
I love it! And wear it at every opportunity.
